Our course is a deep dive into the layers of the MoveMeant Method, each one a comprehensive exploration of a specific area of your life and the human experience. Every day is dedicated to a specific layer of our method, providing you with the space and time to research, explore, and be curious about these seven specific life areas that allow you to examine and test where you are in your life journey.
Often, we understand that we want to grow or change in certain aspects of our lives, but we forget that these aspects are always linked to other parts of our lives: this is what it means to see yourself and the world as a holistic system.
The Inner Work course focuses on asking yourself questions and learning how to ‘read’ where you are in your life and life’s areas. At the end of this course, you are equipped with tools for examining your physical, emotional, egoïc, relational, creative, archetypical, and universal you.
The Inner Work Course is a treasure trove of practical information, tools, and exercises, providing a unique opportunity to uncover many hidden aspects of yourself. It is a transformative journey that equips you with the practical knowledge and skills to navigate your personal development path.
Bringing these tools alongside you, your body and mind gives a sense of self-empowerment. Knowing that the answers we are looking for are often inside us, we just have to understand the language of our bodies so we can interpret these messages.
Inner Work is about understanding the interconnectedness of the body and the mind. It enhances and expands self-expression and comfortability with the body. When we feel at ease in our vessel, we can calm the mind in distress and happiness.

Amenti is a community-based organization and a decolonial psyche-somatic MoveMeant Method. Our foundation is grounded in an archetypal and symbolic understanding of the world and the human experience. We embody the magic of being by exploring the core elements of humanity and our relationships with everything around us. Drawing inspiration from ancient Kemetic knowledge, we have a profound understanding of the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
