Join us In an afternoon of soft sound to help us remember the gentleness of our true self . A coming home to the place of compassion and tenderness thats always with us . A sound bath for grounding , healing and love . A touch stone for inner peace and rest .How does a sound bath work?
The sound waves help relax muscles, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep quality.
Wellness experts describe it as a meditative experience where you’re surrounded by soothing sounds and you feel safe and relaxed. Most people feel refreshed after a sound healing session as their worries are released, their emotions are regulated and their mind feels calm.
What to bring ~ yoga mat , meditation cushions , bolster , water , blankets , pillows . Whatever you’ll need for your comfort .
