Join Reiki master Bobbie Sitzmann in this healing class where you will be invited to move your body in a gentle way opening up your energetic pathways. Once you have gently moved and settled in a meditation will be offered and Reiki healing will be offered through distance or touch.This class is available for all people and will be a great place to come center yourself and heal.
Reiki is a healing modality that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch or from a distance. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
