The Healing Mind is a unique immersive sound bath experience providing a space for rest, relaxation, and restoration. Free yourself from all the noise, and embrace a nurturing atmosphere where mind, body, and soul well-being takes center stage. Engage with a supportive community, partake in enlightening discussions, and discover effective practices for enhancing your mental health. Whether seeking relaxation, stress relief, or new pathways to nurture your mind - The Healing Mind offers an ideal setting. We are excited to meet you there!.This special offering encourages daily meditation practices aimed at refining the art of quieting the mind for personal growth. Through techniques like brain dumping, circle practices, and "spiritual scribing," participants manifest their aspirations to embody their optimum selves.
Registration is essential for this experience.
Late entries will not be accommodated once the sound bath begins.

What to bring?
The following items are recommended:
- yoga mat/pillow/blanket etc.
- Journal to reflect on anything that comes up during the sound bath
- Pen
- small items you’d like to be charged (crystals, cards, special sacred items)
Age Requirements
We try to be accessible to all ages. We ask that you use your best discernment when deciding if your little one is mature enough to respect the serene environment of the sound bath.
