Join us for a New Year's 30 Day Yoga Challenge! The Challenge will begin on January 27th and run until February 25th. During this time participants will attend one class each day either livestream, on demand or at our studios. These include any open or series class, or yoga based workshops and events. If you already practice yoga this is your chance to take it to another level with a daily practice with our amazing teachers in a comfortable and supportive environment. If you are completely new to yoga this an opportunity to explore the endless benefits of a regular yoga practice. Our teachers and staff are here to cheer you on and offer guidance along the way.
