A Monthly Sound and Energy Healing Gathering
Join us in West Chester for a trauma-informed, somatic sound bath and group energy healing experience centered on care, consent, personal autonomy, and community.

Each gathering is shaped by the group and may include Biofield Tuning, breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, hands-on or hands-off energy healing, live vocals, optional aromatherapy, and guest practitioners.
Crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, chimes, percussion, acoustic instruments, and voice may be woven throughout the experience. You are invited to rest, breathe, move, make sound, or simply notice what arises. Every practice is optional. There is nothing to perform, achieve, or believe.
Come slow down, reconnect with your body, receive the support of community, and create room for rest, expression, nervous system regulation, greater flow, and inner coherence. You are welcome exactly as you are.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water, and anything else that supports your comfort. Chairs and a limited number of extra mats and blankets are available.

Energy Exchange and Accessibility
$35 per person
Reduced-cost spaces are available if cost would otherwise prevent you from attending. No explanation of your circumstances is required.
Ten percent of proceeds supports collective healing and reciprocity through rotating Indigenous-led, humanitarian, ecological, animal protection, and community efforts.
