How To Purchase:

1. Select the number of Gala Concert tickets that you're keen to purchase. . Tickets sold are not refundable.

2. After payment, you'll receive an email from Eventbrite that confirms your purchase. This is also the e-Ticket. You can show the ticket from your phone, or print out the ticket to check in at the counter on concert day

1. What time does the door open for audience to enter the concert hall?

The door will open at 12.30pm, which is 30 minutes before the start of the Gala Concert Audience who arrived late will be ushered into the hall at the end of each performance.

2. Can I bring my child to attend the concert?

All guests must be at least 4 years old or older to attend. Attendees below 4 years old will be denied entry by Concert Hall Ushers. All attendees need a ticket.

3. Do I need to print out the tickets?

Once you've registered, the concert ticket will be sent to your email address. This is also the e-Ticket. You can show the ticket from your phone, or print out the ticket to check in at the counter on concert day.

4. How are the seats assigned?

Free seating. Seats are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis.

5. Is there intermission during the session?

Yes, there is an intermission.

6. What is the dress code for audiences?

Audiences are preferred to dress in formal or smart causal attire.

7. What are the house rules?

We ask that all guests to keep their mobile devices away to silent mode and remain seated throughout the competition. Audiences are allowed to take photos and videos of performances from their seats. Anyone who did not comply will be asked to leave.
