Our 1-hour classes are perfect for focusing on a specific skill. When booking, just leave a note to let us know what you'd like to tackle. We can cover:

• Espresso Basics: Learn how to dial in your coffee at home.
• Manual Pour Overs: Master water chemistry, flow rate, and bean selection.
• Milk & Latte Art: We specialize in "wet paint" texture. Practice your hearts, tulips, or even swans!
