The yew tree in ancient cultures symbolized death, rebirth as well as eternal life. It lives for thousands of years but it can grow new trunks from it's old root system, literally resurrecting itself. Even though it's poisonous it's leaves stay strong and green year round, which is believed to show the paradox of life and death itself.

It's considered to be a sacred guardian between worlds of the living and the spirit world linking heaven, earth and the underworld creating a cosmic relationship of epic proportions.

The yew tree is often placed on altars, and holy sites as a protector from evil spirits.

In this meditation we will connect with the messages from the yew tree, feel it's life force channel within, allowing our bodies to feel the regenerating, rebirth of self gifted by the yew.
