Join us for a one-of-a-kind outdoor adventure inspired by Joe Ford’s lifelong curiosity and love of nature!
Your journey will begin by picking up your official Nature Hunt card from the Joe Ford Nature Center. From there, you’ll travel to several City of Owensboro parks, where each stop will invite you to slow down, look closely and discover something new. We’re keeping the full list of locations under wraps for now—but more clues and details will be revealed as the event gets closer!
After completing your park stops, you’ll finish your adventure at the Joe Ford Nature Center to get a raffle ticket for a prize basket and pick up some fun gifts for participating!
The full experience should take a little over an hour, but we encourage you to allow extra time to wander, enjoy the scenery and explore at your own pace. This isn’t a race—it’s a chance to get outside, be curious and find wonder in the natural spaces all around us.
