🌟𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐍? 🌟
It is a 2-hour movement journey that ends with a soft closure, cuddles, and hang-out.

We open the space together with a time for arriving, connecting inwards with oneself and with a group. That will transition into Ecstatic Dance during which you are welcome to explore any impulses of your body: dance, shake, wave, crawl, jam, flow, jump, or sit still. Be cheerful and jolly or introverted and tender. Stay in your own space or play and interact with others. After the dance, we again come together and it is possible to continue the evening on the soft mattresses and connect with others, through touch, shared presence, and talks.

We start at 8 pm together, please plan your arrival at 7:45-8:00 pm.

The event happens at Virkelig in a lovely, spacious room, that gives enough space to be freely expressive with movement. I will prepare for us spacy colorful lights and one side of the room will be covered with mattresses for resting and cuddles. If you wish to make tea, there is a kitchen available. It is a substance-free event.

Expect sounds from various genres, mostly coming in waves moving between faster upbeat songs to slower tracks meant to give a space for sensing the body and emotions.

Dance is my passion and a huge resource to relax, release excess energy, and connect with life force. In my work life, I support people who are committed to transforming their anxiety, tension, and sense of something missing in their lives. My practice is a trauma-informed approach based on elements of touch, breath, movement, inquiry, and meditation. The core of the work happens through the body, not the mind – allowing one to step out of thinking and discover inner peace.
