SMELT NIGHTS with Rikke Libak at RÖRT invites you on a 2-hour facilitated journey into your own skin, a slow dance deeper into your inner sensory landscape, and from this place into slow conscious connection and touch with others.
Connection and touch with others requires a great deal of group trust and safety and we trust that we have built up this together at Rört – by showing up again and again, meeting each other for practice and in community.
PROGRAM
19:00 - 19:30 Arrival and welcoming in the community space
19:30 - 21:30 Facilitated 2-hour dance, touch & movement journey by Rikke Libak in the studio
21:30 - 22:00 Landing, integrating and hanging out as a community

SLOWNESS:
Slow down into a moving meditation, melting in your own skin and body and the space.
When we slow down we come more into our senses, become more sensitive in our skin, feel more, create more delight in nuance and pleasure in our human body.
We also become clearer about our yes' and no´s and energetic boundaries
MERGE:
From an embodied place of presence, grounding, and curiosity you are invited to move in and out of connection with each other – to explore presence and playfulness – sensing yourself, others and the field in between – feeling interconnectedness in both stillness and movement.
ENERGY:
We use pace in the music to play with levels of intensity – within oneself and in the room. We track energy – within oneself and between us. We play and drop more deeply into working consciously with this energy.
LIFEFORCE:
We drop into full presence, and begin to access the feeling of radical aliveness, of a richer and richer connection with raw lifeforce energy.
How does my body feel in connection with yours? How does it impact? What can we create together?
TOUCH:
We close the evening by evoking conscious touch – as an opportunity for our oxytocin level to rise. This will take different shapes, small or large groups; receiving giving with deep sensing and presence.

Please note: the intention for this evening is to create a safe but also bravely playful space to explore and express ourselves in connection with others.
Always make sure to get a clear sovereign, embodied “YES” before any physical interaction. It is ALWAYS okay to say no. Consent makes it simple. The safer we feel, the more we dare to express ourselves.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR - RIKKE LIBAK
My life’s work is facilitating Conscious Dance as well as other forms of conscious movement. I have been a teacher in Rört facilitating Dans Free since the very beginning.
I also lead workshops that explore multiple aspects of Conscious Relating and polarity, and have deep experience in leading transformative womens’ spaces.
My passion is to create spaces for honest and authentic opening - opportunities for people to dare to be their full selves, and where it is safe to let go of "masks" and judgements. I enjoy creating emergent, playful spaces with room for curiosity to explore the possibilities that exist, to feel awakened and alive.
I am a Certified Ritual Play facilitator and Mindfulness instructor (MBSR) as well as a trained, certified nurse.
