Join the Asia Scotland Institute and Brodies for a panel discussion exploring how Gen Z is shaping politics, geopolitics and the future of work. Drawing on developments including India’s Cockroach Janta movement, the panel will consider how governments, businesses and other institutions can respond to a generation coming of age amid geopolitical uncertainty and the rapid expansion of AI.

Discussion will include:

• Gen Z’s growing influence on politics, protest and public debate
• The power of social media to mobilise youth-led movements
• The impact of AI on careers, skills and workplace expectations
• Generational values, recruitment and employee retention
