About this event
Learn. Connect. Leave with ideas you'll actually use.
Now in its 13th year, Lean Agile Scotland is Europe's longest-running practitioner-led conference for lean, agile, product and engineering practice. No vendor pitches, no sales theatre, just practitioners teaching practitioners, across two days of keynotes, workshops, case studies and lean coffees, all set against Edinburgh's Arthur's Seat.
Around 250 software engineers, engineering managers, product managers, delivery leads, agile coaches and change practitioners come together every year to dig into what's actually changing in the industry, and what to do about it. This year's theme, The Age of Disruption, explores AI, automation, and the shifting ways teams and organisations work.
By the numbers: 32 speakers · 17 talks · 6 workshops · 3 keynotes · 2 lean coffees
🎤 Keynote speakers
- Dave Farley – Continuous Delivery Ltd - co-author of Continuous Delivery, author of Modern Software Engineering
- Cat Swetel – Senior Director of Engineering, Nubank - engineering leadership, flow and organisational systems
- Daniel Vacanti – ProKanban.org - leading authority on flow metrics, Kanban and probabilistic forecasting
