A small, cosy sound bath in the beautiful Sound Bath Studio, with twinkly lights, blankets, pillows and super supportive reclining chairs for all.
Settle in, slow down and let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, soft chimes and gentle sounds wash over you. This is a slower paced session with plenty of time to get comfortable, relax and enjoy a little more stillness.
Open to everyone. Whether you’re older, prefer a quieter group or simply want a more restful experience, you’re very welcome.
Enjoy a blether, tea and a sweet treat to finish.
The studio is accessible with a small lift available and toilets close by.
