The Frequency of Love - Breathwork Circle

Through the power of Breath we will consciously tune into the Frequency of Love which opens us to richer, deeper connections, true abundance and vibrationally attracts more loving experiences and people into our life.

We will practice Conscious Connected Breath, a type of guided breathwork practice that offers access to unconscious material and non ordinary energetic states in order to move through stuck energy and undischarged emotions stored in the body, allowing a deeper, more authentic connection to the Self so we can show up better in our lives.

This experience will also include a curated Biocharger NG, a vital energies revitalization platform, session to enhance the field of energy.

The breathwork practice will be led by Ivy Overby, a certified and trauma informed Integrative Breathwork Facilitator. Ivy is a hairdresser/entreprenuer of 32 years, Her focus is to empower others in the areas of Embodied Leadership, the path of 12 step recovery and collective consciousness. She is a Kriyavan and Kundalini yoga pracitioner, a certified Radiant Body Yoga Teacher and is passionate about using the power of breath to create deep connection to the energetic body.

NOTE:

• We will provide meditation mats, sleep masks, and bolsters, or you can bring your own.
• Bring a small pillow, blanket and water for your personal comfort
• Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
• It's preferable to not eat for at least 1 hour prior to the event.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early.
• No one will be let in once the journey begins.

• Schizophrenia, Bi polar, unmanaged PTSD
• Epilepsy
• Heart Conditions, pace maker, arrhythmia, defibrillator
• COPD or Lung conditions
• Delicate Pregnancy
• High blood pressure, Hypertension
• Low blood pressure or history with fainting
• Glaucoma/ detached retina
• Severe osteoporosis
• Recent major surgery or life event
• Metal plate in head area
• Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and/or diabetes
• Use of intoxicants including alcohol, marijuana, psilocybin, ayahuasca etc
