Meet your guides:
James Lambert - Founder, The Free Man
Formerly a Global Director of Talent Acquisition in a FTSE 250 company, who appeared to have it all, yet behind the success was battling inner turmoil that led to broken relationships, financial struggles, and hitting rock bottom in 2020. That crisis sparked a deep personal journey of rebuilding from the inside out, drawing on tools such as cold water therapy, meditation, and energetic work to rediscover joy, faith, and purpose.
Leaving the corporate world behind, he now uses his experiences, insights, and healing practices to help men remove their masks, face their inner battles, and create lives of authentic happiness and meaning.
Author of 'The Free Man - Lost, Not Broken' Book, one that is written from lived experience that helps to guide men through 4 different artchetypes of a man (Hollow Man, Driven Man, Rising Man, Free Man). This book forms the foundation of the day and takes people on a personal journey through each of them.
Matt Young - Mr Mind
Born in Kent, Matt's early years were shaped by adventure and change. After living in Canada during his childhood, his family returned to the UK and settled in East Sussex, where he passed his 11+ and attended grammar school. Despite not enjoying the academic environment, Matt thrived in village life, forming lasting friendships that continue today.
At 17, Matt pursued his passion for cars, working his way from a parts department role at a local garage into car sales—what he describes as his "dream job." However, that same year brought upheaval when his parents divorced. The experience of feeling caught in the middle, despite being nearly an adult, would profoundly shape his understanding of family dynamics and emotional resilience.
In 2016, Matt faced his own divorce—a crisis that forced him to confront his mental health and emotional wellbeing. In April 2017, he bravely shared his struggle on Facebook, acknowledging the masks he'd been wearing and the false reassurances he'd been giving others that he was "fine." That moment of vulnerability marked a turning point.
Today, Matt is an advocate for men's mental health and emotional honesty. He speaks openly about the danger of holding pain inside and the importance of acknowledging when you're not okay. Drawing from personal experience, he encourages men to seek support and "do the work" of healing—not for others, but for themselves. Matt's message is clear: vulnerability isn't weakness, and asking for help is the first step toward genuine recovery.
Now running multiple businesses that support everyone with their own personal challenges, they are The Journaling Guy, Who Needs Instructions and Mr Mind.
Steve Pavis - The Healing Space
I work at the intersection of fascia, energy, and the nervous system — helping people reconnect to the intelligence of their body and the rhythms that keep them well.
Over the past decade, I’ve studied and practiced across multiple disciplines:
fascia-focused bodywork, subtle energy fields, movement, somatics, and the often-overlooked factors that shape our health — light, electricity, rhythm, environment.
But this work didn’t come from textbooks. It came from paying attention... To pain... To patterns... To what modern systems kept missing.
What I offer now is the result of that journey —
Hands-on sessions, subtle energetic recalibration, and education that’s designed to put power back in your hands.
I don’t believe healing should be mystified or medicalised. I believe in helping people understand their own systems and offering the tools to navigate life with more clarity, regulation, and trust in their body.
This work is quiet. But it’s deep.
