An intro into how shoulder, elbow and wrist stability can improve performance, improve grip strength and reduce injury risk in climbers.
About this Event

Join Homo Sapien Physio and BethWall for an evening workshop exploring the foundations of stronger and more efficient climbing. Most climbers focus on the hand and fingers, but we'll go a layer deeper and understand how the shoulder, elbow, and wrist play a crucial role in creating the stability and control needed to climb efficiently, whilst reducing injury risk and maximising performance.

The session will combine practical demonstrations and evidence-based exercises, giving you a better understanding of your own body and climbing mechanics. You'll leave with take-home tips to help you build a stronger foundation for your climbing, whether you're just getting started or looking to push your performance to the next level.
