The Fool’s Flow: Tarot Cards & Yoga

Join Yogi-Tarot Teacher Claire in a 60-minute hatha yoga flow, embodying the journey of the Tarot Major Arcana’s 21 cards. In this special event, Claire will be guiding an immersive yoga-mindfulness experience, where we will channel the energy of each Major Arcana card— 21 poses/sequences in total.
This will be a empowering, balanced flow— full of energizing movement, gentle stillness, mindfulness-meditation, powerful breathwork, and sound healing. We will be exploring the deep symbolism and archetypes of each card, as a reminder to each of us that: we all begin as Fools on the spiritual journey, and through surrender and connection to Self, we all have the power to heal. The class will close with a single card reading for each person who wish to participate, exploring the cards collectively as a class, in an tarot education experience.
