Sensory Immersion: Floating Sound Bath, Sauna, & Cold Plunge – a family-friendly event hosted by Faith, a holistic mom dedicated to bringing women together for healing and meaningful connection.

Join us for an extraordinary experience that blends the soothing elements of sound, heat, and cold with a new, serene floating sound bath session.

Shannon, our Multidimensional Healer and Guide, will lead the way, playing the mesmerizing crystal sound bowls. As you enter this soundscape, you have the choice to float on rafts in the pool, letting the water cradle you as you drift into deep relaxation, or you can choose to remain grounded on your yoga mat, surrounded by the healing vibrations of the sound bowls.

Faith, our gracious host, understands the importance of creating spaces that nurture both wellness and connection. This event is more than your typical gathering— it's a peaceful retreat that offers a refreshing reset for the nervous system, allowing for deep, meaningful connections among families and within a community of like-minded people.

After the sound bath, you'll be invited to individually experience the comforting warmth of the sauna followed by the invigorating cold plunge, designed to reset your nervous system and leave you feeling revitalized.

Family-Friendly Details:

For those attending with children, we offer a childcare option during the sound bath session. If your child is unable to relax for 30-40 minutes during the sound healing, they will be cared for during that time. (additional fee) Children 13 years or older will need their own ticket to participate.

- Swimsuit

- Towel or robe

- Yoga mat (if you prefer to stay on the ground during the sound bath)
