The Flow Within: A Water Release Ritual

Are you carrying burdens that no longer belong to you? Just as a river carves its path by moving what stands in its way, we invite you to join a circle of women dedicated to shedding the heavy "stones" we’ve been carrying.

In this intimate gathering, we will hold space for one another to acknowledge the weights—the worries, the old stories, and the pressures—that keep us anchored in place.

• Gather & Reflect: We’ll open with a brief circle discussion to identify what is weighing us down.
• The Weight of Words: Each guest will receive a river stone. Using markers, we will transcribe our burdens onto these stones, giving our internal weight a physical form.
• The Walk of Release: Together, we will walk in silence to the water’s edge, holding our stones and feeling their presence one last time.
• The Release: With intention, we will cast our stones into the water, watching as the ripples fade and the current carries the weight away.

This event is donation-based. We believe in making healing spaces accessible to all. Your contributions help cover the costs of materials and the holding of this sacred space.
