Julia Tiberio, The Fitness Chemist has teamed up with JLD Equine and their Lead Instructor, Heather Kwiatkowski for an experience to remember - An Adult Horsemanship Workshop.
The workship will include: Groundwork, Grooming, Horsemanship, Tacking, Pilates for Equestrian, Riding, Untacking and more!

*The Pilates class is also offered as a solo event for $35.
This workshop is limited to 8 riders. Lunch will not be provided, please bring your own lunch.
We will have some light coffee and donuts at the event.

Julia Tiberio, The Fitness Chemist
Julia is a certified Mat Pilates, Barre and Yoga instructor with six years of fitness instructing experience. A native of Rochester, she found her love for fitness in NYC before returning back home to her roots. She currently instructs at Satori(a studio by Elevate), Barry’s Yoga Studio and The Country Club of Rochester, is a lululemon Ambassador and the Lead Ambassador for Lumos Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge as well as hosts community class popups. Her main goal to ensure you feel better leaving the studio than you did coming in and will be your biggest hype girl along the way. Julia is a horse lover and loves the connection between Pilates movements and being in the saddle. She rides at JLD Equine and takes Western lessons with Heather.
Heather Kwiatkowski, Lead Instructor @ JLD Equine
Heather is a horsemanship focused multi-discipline trainer with a Western training background from the University of Findlay. She worked for performance horse trainers in Ohio and Texas before beginning her current role as Head Trainer at JLD Equine where she instructs every level from beginner to advanced, creating custom plans for people to achieve their individual goals . She especially loves teaching people how to understand and communicate with horses better to achieve more connection, and ultimately perform more complex maneuvers if desired. Whether your goals are in the show pen, out on the trail or on the ground next to your horse, Heather looks forward to sharing her knowledge and lifelong passion for good horsemanship.
Dates: Saturday, July 11th & Saturday, August 8th
Time: 9:00am-4:00pm
Cost: $120
Payment: Please bring cash to the barn on the day of for payment.
What to bring: A mat, long jeans(no shorts), and closed toed shoes with a small heel. Please wear clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty!
