We’re slowing things down at Galleria Dallas with The Fit Drop, a monthly morning movement series designed to help you reset, connect, and ease into your weekend feeling grounded — all before your first sip of coffee.

This month’s drop features UNIQLO as our highlighted retailer and a 45-minute all-levels yoga flow with Tori Mahe. Expect mindful movement, breathwork, and a calming yet energizing experience, paired with exclusive retailer perks and a relaxed, social atmosphere.
