It's finally here!!! We're starting our 6th year of Fitness Court workouts here in West Allis 😁 WORKOUTS ARE NOW AT 8 AM!! They will also most likely be every other week. So I am hoping to host them 2 Sunday's a month.
Come join us at the fitness court for a *donation based* full body workout this Sunday May 17th at 8am. Suggested donation is $0-$25 for the class, any amount helps support my business! 🙌💪
if you are a beginner or it's your first time at the court, no worries! I explain the movements and show modifications before the workout begins. It's a really welcoming, fun, and supportive environment to be in!
Please RSVP "going" if you are planning to attend. I can plan the workouts better when I have a rough estimate of attendance 😊
