Join me for a cosy sound bath at Casuarina school tomorrow - Sunday 9th August 3.30 -5pm - to celebrate the first seeds of Spring, known on the Celtic and Druidic calendar of the year as Imbolc. We welcome a time of promise and opportunity in the returning light of the sun, an awakening of new life, empowerment of creative ideas and intentions; the time of Brigid, the healing goddess who connects us with our Earth.
Come, rest and rejuvenate, listen to and breathe powerful, focused life into your intentions in the loving presence of others amongst beautiful healing sounds. After a 50 minute meditative sound bath, you are invited, if you wish, to share a short healing sound circle and organic treats.
