The Final Houston Product Community Gathering - September 13th

After nearly six years of connecting, learning, and sharing, the Houston Product Community will come together for one final in-person gathering.

Community cofounder Wade Pinder will share about:

• The design principles that shaped the "Community Building Playbook" from day one
• The hypotheses we tested about how a true community of practice could thrive in Houston
• What’s worked well… and what we’ve learned along the way
• The evolution of the Houston Product Community and the many groups and initiatives that have grown out of it
• Thoughts on personal and community growth from years of working with product professionals in Houston

We’ll celebrate the relationships, stories, and impact this community has made and leave you with ideas and inspiration to help keep the spirit of connection and learning alive in your own work and networks.

While the Houston Product Community as a monthly gathering is winding down, Wade will remain active in Houston’s startup and product ecosystem, continuing to support Houston's founders and product leaders.

Let’s make this a send-off worthy of the community we’ve built together.

A few practical items:

• Attire is casual (yes, jeans and a tee shirt are fine!)
• Coffee and Water will be provided.
• We are more than a "Houston Product Management Meetup"... We are an established "Community of Practice" of Houston-Based Product Managers, Product Owners and Other Product Professionals (Product Designers, Product Development, Product Analyst, etc.) that has been meeting monthly in-person for over four years.
• The Houston Product Community is not an open networking event—it is a community gathering specifically for Product Managers, Product Owners, and other Product Professionals who are actively engaged in the craft of Product Management. While we welcome those who work closely with Product teams, such as Product Designers, Producct Engineers, and Product Marketers seeking to deepen their understanding of Product Management, this is not a general business networking event. Our focus is on learning, sharing experiences, and fostering meaningful connections within the Product community. If you are looking for a general business networking-focused event, this is the wrong meeting for you.
