Join us for The Feeding Circle, a friendly breastfeeding class led by an IBCLC (lactation expert).

MedStar Family Choice District of Columbia and Mary’s Center Healthy Start invite you to join us for The Feeding Circle, a friendly breastfeeding class led by an IBCLC (lactation expert). This class gives you a safe place to learn and ask questions. This class is great for: Pregnant parents, Parents planning to breastfeed, Parents who are already breastfeeding and Anyone who wants support and guidance. Pre-registration required. Snacks and diapers provided.

*Diapers are only provided during in-person events. Please select the size(s) needed during registration.

· Feeding basics — how to hold your baby and help them latch

· The first days and weeks — what to expect when you start

· Common questions — simple answers and tips

·How to feel confident — ways to make feeding easier at home
