Founder, Goby Ministries

For more than three decades, Pastor Toby Slough has devoted his life to helping families and individuals overcome fear and anxiety through faith, community, and practical mental health tools.
As the founder of Goby Ministries, Toby leads a nationwide movement encouraging people to “Go Be Brave.” His message of courage and restoration has reached churches, schools, and organizations across the country. With humor, honesty, and deep empathy, he equips families to face emotional challenges with strength and hope.

Mind Body Optimization (MBO) — a holistic mental health practice integrating counseling, psychiatry, and faith-based care. MBO’s mission is to bring accessible, whole-person healing to individuals and families through a blend of clinical excellence and spiritual insight.
