Join It Takes A Village Collaborative and Coda on Half for The Village: A Community Wellness Experience- an afternoon created for you to slow down, reconnect, and experience wellness in community.

Wellness doesn’t have to be something you do alone. Sometimes it looks like moving your body. Sometimes it’s taking a breath, quieting your mind, reconnecting with your spirit, or simply giving yourself permission to pause.
