The Breastfeeding Basics Class is a supportive experience designed to help you and your baby get the best start on your breastfeeding journey. Whether you’re a first-time parent or looking to refresh your skills, this class provides essential knowledge, techniques, and confidence to help you and your baby get off to a great start. Classes are led by our Lactation Specialists.

• Benefits of breastfeeding for you and your baby
• How breastfeeding works and what to expect postpartum
• Setting a strong foundation for success in the first few weeks postpartum
• Proper positioning, latch, and ensuring baby is getting enough
• Maintaining milk supply and avoiding common issues

• Building a supportive network for success

• Expectant parents preparing to breastfeed
• Fathers, Partners, or support persons who plan to be part of the journey (highly encouraged to attend)
