Ceri Dupree is a uniquely talented comedian with a hysterical act that has to be seen to be believed.
A talented impressionist, his acts have audiences in stitches with perfect impersonations of some of the world’s favourite female icons. From Marilyn Monroe to Madonna, Tina Turner to Margaret Thatcher, and Barbara Cartland to Shirley Bassey. Ceri’s act also sees him bring fictional characters to life playing tongue in cheek roles dressed as Disney characters like Snow White, Cruella De Ville, Belle from Beauty and the Beast, and the Wicked Queen.
Ceri Dupree has been delighting audiences worldwide for almost 30 years. His unique talents have led him through musical theatre, pantomime, summer seasons, television and cabaret. There isn’t an audience (age or type!!!) that he hasn’t played to.
He has performed at various major venues throughout England, Ireland, Scotland and his birthplace Wales including numerous appearances at top class hotels like The Savoy, The Dorchester, The Churchill, The Landmark and Claridges.
On television, Ceri wowed the audiences with his four-part television show for ITV called Ceri Dupree Unfrocked and has also appeared on numerous chat shows, light entertainment shows as well as hundreds of radio shows and press interviews.
Ceri Dupree is certainly more than a comic in a frock, his singing, dancing, acting, impersonation and stand-up comedy display a talent that blasts the notion of dressing up in drag clean off the stage.
When it comes to dressing up in drag, as Paul O’Grady once said of him “in a field full of donkeys Ceri is a racehorse!”
