The Everyday Apothecary Lab Presents: Tea & Intentions

Tea & Intentions is a small-group, hands-on experience designed to help you slow down and create a simple ritual you’ll actually use. You’ll build a 4oz custom loose-leaf tea blend from a curated tea bar, learn the basics of what the herbs support, and complete a Wabi Sabi–inspired intention practice to help you reset without chasing perfection.

You’ll leave with your blend (jar included), practical guidance for brewing at home, and a calmer “next step” you can carry into your real life.
