100 plus riders "let their engines be their voices" in promoting mental health and dispelling the stigma of suicide.
WILL YOU JOIN US ON THE ROAD AGAIN??
The 4th annual Epic Ride for Mental Health is a motorcycle charity ride for Mental Health awareness. The event aims to break the silence and stigma surrounding mental health and suicide. All proceeds from the event go towards supporting the highest priority needs of clients in care at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Care Centre, as well as advocacy, research, and education initiatives.
The ride starts at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Care Centre and ends at Metcalfe Fairgrounds. There will be a registration period before the ride, and participants are encouraged to fundraise and spread awareness leading up to the event.
