Self-development club "Be Like a Swan"

Program:

6:00-6:30 - Icebreaker (Getting to know each other)

6:30-7:20 - Topic disclosure and discussion

7:20-7:30 - Mantra Meditation

7:30-8:00 - Snacks & Association

At each meeting we cover one topic from a field such as psychology, philosophy, self-development, relationships, healthy lifestyle, motivation and much more based on modern research and ancient wisdom.

We have a presentation, interactive participation and sharing of thoughts and realizations (optional).

Examples:

First meeting - Topic: "Power of Thoughts"

Second meeting - Topic: "Positive Thinking"

etc.

Everyone is welcome.
