This event has a no-refund policy.
The venue does not provide parking for events. It is the responsibility of attendees to find and pay for their own parking.
This event has an age requirement of 18 years or older as of the day of the event. The Bookworm Ball, LLC reserves the right to check IDs at entry and deny access if a guest does not meet the age requirement. No refund will be issued.
The Bookworm Ball, LLC reserves the right to escort out any guests who behave in a disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive manner toward venue staff, vendors, authors, Bookworm Ball staff, volunteers, or fellow attendees. No refund will be issued.

The Bookworm Ball, LLC reserves the right to deny access to anyone who has not met the dress code requirements without the opportunity for a refund. The only exception to the formal dress code is cosplay. Cosplay outfits must align with the theme of the event and are encouraged.
