BREEZER COUNSELING AND WELLNESS PRESENTS:The Empowered Capacity Collective
A therapist-led support group for mothers healing from the impact of abusive ex-partners. We help you build emotional strength, set healthy boundaries, and reclaim your power. Join a safe space to share, learn, and grow with women who understand your journey. Together, we expand your capacity to manage high-conflict co-parenting, protect your well-being, and create a healthy future for you and your children.
WEEK 1: 8.28. Recognizing Manipulation
WEEK 2: 9.4. Understanding the Cycle of Abuse
WEEK 3: 9.11. Emotional Flashbacks and Triggers
Week 4: 9.18. PTSD and Complex Trauma
Week 5: 9.25. Tools for Emotional Wellness.
Each Class is $40.
You MUST register for each class as spots are limited.
