Guided by experienced instructor Kelly Curtis, you will discover the thrill of practicing yoga poses both on the ground and suspended in the air, all while supported by silky hammocks.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this dynamic workshop is designed for all levels. You'll start with a gentle warm-up to ease into the aerial experience, followed by a series of playful and challenging poses that will test your strength, balance, and flexibility. Expect to dive deep into the meditative and mindfulness aspects of yoga as well. As you flow through the sequences, you'll cultivate a sense of focus, presence, and inner calm.
Come prepared to push your boundaries, unleash your inner acrobat, and leave feeling empowered, rejuvenated, and ready to soar! No previous aerial yoga experience required. Instructor Bio - With over a decade of experience in yoga and aerial arts, Kelly is a seasoned instructor dedicated to empowering her students. Since 2006, she's honed her craft as a certified yoga teacher, delving deep into the practice's philosophy. In 2008, she expanded her expertise by becoming a CircusYoga instructor, infusing her classes with creativity and playfulness. In 2011, she discovered her passion for aerial yoga, blending traditional poses with aerial arts for a truly transformative experience. With her unique blend of skill, compassion, and adventure, Kelly inspires her students to find balance, strength, and joy both on and off the mat.
