Protecting People at the Top: Executive Detox Done Right
Presenter: Jenny Kincaid
High-level employees have unique needs—and unique stakes. Learn how private, executive-level detox options can preserve confidentiality, maintain organizational continuity, and offer flexible models that balance clinical care with professional responsibility.
Jenny Kincaid, MA, MSSW, LCSW, is Executive Director of Restored Path Detox and a
Behavioral health executive with more than two decades of experience in addiction
treatment and mental health services. She has led programs across detox, residential,
and outpatient levels of care and previously founded and scaled one of Texas’s first
free-standing Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient mental health programs.
Jenny specializes in developing treatment systems that improve patient engagement,
recovery outcomes, and organizational performance. She works closely with healthcare
providers, employers, and Employee Assistance Programs to help organizations better
understand substance use, support employees in recovery, and connect individuals
with effective care.
