The Embodied Guide is a training for yoga teachers who already know the poses, but are ready to teach from the inside out. You’ll learn how to lead classes that feel real, reverent, and resonant.

13 Hours of Continuing Education with Yoga Alliance
In This Training, You’ll Explore:
-Emotional presence + the art of authentic space holding
-Nervous system fluency and trauma-responsible energetics
-Embodied cueing that invites students into themselves
-Thematic weaving from lived experience, not generic scripts
-Ritual, rhythm, and the unseen layers of class leadership
-Subtle tools: voice, silence, stillness, mudra, and more
-How to guide what cannot be planned
