A 10-hour continuing education training exploring the heart of yoga philosophy and its integration into modern teaching.
This 10-hour continuing education training invites yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners to explore the Eight Limbs of Yoga as a living philosophy. Through discussion, reflection, and practice, we’ll examine how the teachings of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras can deepen both personal practice and teaching presence. Participants will gain tools to integrate philosophy into class themes, cues, and language, making these ancient principles accessible and alive in modern yoga spaces.
Expect thoughtful dialogue, guided journaling, and shared teaching exercises designed to translate philosophy from page to practice. Whether you’re new to teaching or an experienced guide, this training will help you bring authenticity, depth, and purpose to your classes.
