This special pop-up aerial yoga class invites you to slow down and settle into a lower, more grounded practice. Using the hammock for support, we'll explore gentle low-flow transitions and longer held stretches that encourage the body to release and unwind. The pace will be spacious and intentional, creating time to soften, breathe, and listen. Some aerial yoga experience is recommended.
Participants should be able to comfortably transition to and from the floor.
