We are pleased to confirm that your Committee has agreed a fantastic package of events for the Region’s Annual Summer Event, to be held within the prestigious grounds of Bannatyne’s Hotel, Hastings, East Sussex.
The event will take place over two days, with a range of options available to all JEC members from across the country. Members may choose to join us for the full weekend or attend individual events — either way, the Club has something very special planned.

OPTION 1 – Full Two-Day Experience (Including Car Show Exhibitor Fee)
Arrive Saturday, 18 July
Check into the hotel and enjoy the full range of amenities available, including (*subject to availability & prior booking at additional cost):

The evening will feature a three-course dinner, followed by Guest Speakers and drinks. After a comfortable overnight stay, enjoy a buffet
breakfast before exhibitors and visitors arrive for our Annual Jaguar Display on the Sunday, held within the hotel grounds.

OPTION 3 – Sunday Jaguar Display
Sunday 19 July
Arrive to exhibit your Jaguar on the hotel lawns.
Gate entry: 8:00am – 10:00am
Entry fees: - £15.00 per car - Includes up to 4 passengers - CASH PAYMENT on day, or bank transfer - Se below
- Early Bird offer: £10.00 per car ( Bookings paid for by July 3rd 2026)
