Over the past year, we have worked closely with a range of authors to create this publication, and we’re excited to finally share the result with you. Featuring eight distinct voices from across the textile supply chain — including worker, community, technical, and manufacturing perspectives — and with a particular focus on South Asia, The Drip dives deep into pressing challenges and emerging solutions.

Info: Introduction by film maker Simone Simonato. To highlight the deteriorating state of rivers in Bangladesh, Dhaka-based Mahenaz Chowdhury and Berlin-based Simone Simonato created the documentary short film “Once There Were Rivers” (2021), exploring the history of Bangladesh’s rivers around Dhaka and their impact on the ecosystem, trade, culture, and way of life.
