The Downshift: A Sound Bath at The Bunny Hive
About this Event
______________________
You are very good at being switched on.
You carry a lot. The emails, the pickups, the deadlines, the things that would quietly fall apart if you didn't catch them. Being "on" is something you have gotten good at, maybe too good. But stopping, actually setting it down for an hour, is an entirely different skill.
That is what this hour is for.
You lie back on a mat, close your eyes, and do absolutely nothing while a range of instruments, crystal bowls, chimes, and a deep, resonant gong, moves through the room. There is nothing to be good at. No poses, no breathing to get right. The sound does the work, and your nervous system finally gets the signal that it is safe to let go. Most people drift somewhere between awake and asleep, and come back feeling clearer than they have in weeks.
And there is one more thing: a singing bowl large enough to stand inside. You do not just hear the sound, you feel it move up through your whole body from the floor. It is the kind of thing people talk about after.
This is an hour where nothing is asked of you. Where you are not anyone's parent, or manager, or the person who has it handled. Just you, resting, the way you have more than earned.
