Free Meditation Workshops with Music.

Sahaja Yoga offers a distinctive meditation approach based on ancient wisdom. With it, you can reach a state of deep meditation called "thoughtless awareness." This state lets you fully immerse in the present moment, free from past or future distractions. It helps you connect with your inner energy (Kundalini), gently guiding your awareness to align with it. Join us to awaken your dormant energy and find balance in your emotional, physical, and mental well-being. Additionally, we have talented musicians who occasionally perform sitar and flute music and lead vocal music workshops.

Parking: Garage-40 Cordell-St.Elmo Garage, Saint Elmo Avenue, Bethesda, MD is 2 mins walking distance from meditation center. Parking can be paid by parkmobile app or there is a parking booth in garage.

Paid Street parking is also available.

Metro: Meditation center is walking distance from Bethesda Metro center.
