You handle the emails, the pickups, the deadlines, the thousand small things nobody else remembers. You're the one who keeps it all running. But being able to stop, to actually put it all down for an hour, that's a different skill entirely, and most of us were never taught it.
That's what this hour is for.
You'll lie back on a mat, close your eyes, and do absolutely nothing while a range of instruments, crystal bowls, chimes, and a deep, resonant gong, moves through the room. There's nothing to be good at. No poses, no breathing you have to get right. The sound does the work, and your nervous system finally gets the signal it's safe to let go. Most people drift somewhere between awake and asleep, and come back feeling deeply refreshed and cared for, like they finally caught up on rest they didn't know they'd lost.
And there's one more thing: a singing bowl large enough to stand inside. You can feel the sound move up through your whole body, not just hear it, but feel it. It's the kind of thing people talk about for weeks.
This is an hour where nothing is asked of you. Where you're not anyone's parent, or manager, or the person who has it handled. Just you, resting, the way you deserve to.
What to expect:
Everything is provided, mats, cushions, blankets, and eye masks, all set up and waiting. Just come as you are.
