Join us Saturday mornings this summer for a yoga and kayak adventure!Join 500hr Yoga Instructor & Founder of The Do Good Movement, Erin Stevenson, and Do Good Movement Instructor, Sara Cook, for a morning of yoga and kayaking at Lake Katherine in Palos Heights, IL.
We will start the morning with a 50 minute Vinyasa Style Yoga Class in the Anniversary Garden overlooking the beautiful Lake Katherine. Following the class, participants have the option to add-on a 60 minute kayak or canoe tour of the Lake with access prior to opening to the general public.
Class cancelation may occur due to weather but will be rescheduled or refunded.
Students must bring their own yoga mat and water bottle.
NON-KAYAKERS WELCOME: You are able to attend the yoga class without adding-on the kayak or canoe portion.
Location: Lake Katherine 7402 Lake Katherine Dr, Palos Heights, IL 60463
Class Times: All yoga classes are held from 8:00am - 8:50am and kayak or canoe tours from 9:00am - 10:00 am.
