Our mission is to deliver a competition to remember, a competition that sets the standard for local CrossFit competitions, one that challenges you in every way, with the ability to substitute or scale.
Most of all, we offer support to our amazing CrossFit community by bringing so many like minded people together for a fun and social event!

Standards:
This is a beginner to open level competition with suitable substitute options that won’t effect your score and scaling options that will. The standards are a guide to what you should be able to do for reps, but remember you can scale or substitute where required.
