Live at Union Square presents another brilliant Double Bill !PYREX:
Formed in Ballaraat//Wadawurrung in 2021 by Jordan Hicks and Arian Lane, Pyrex has grown to become a five-piece band with members spread across two States. With two EPs to-date, the band has worked with producers Richard Pleasance (Augie March, Paul Kelly), Nao Anzai (The Teskey Brothers, Cash Savage and the Last Drinks) and Nick Sowersby AKA Sunbeam Sound Machine; and performed alongside RVG, Children Collide, Leah Senior, Gut Health and Mod Con.
Pyrex continue to spin their vivid dream pop web, complete with sonic soundscapes and lush vocals, whilst maintaining an already realised sound for a band that's still yet to deliver their debut album.
MADI WALKER:
Madi began her musical journey at the Tamworth CMAA Junior Academy in 2017 and has since performed on some of Australia's most prestigious stages.
She has collaborated with renowned artists, including Uncle Archie Roach, Isaiah Firebrace, and Alice Skye, showcasing her incredible talent and passion for music.
Live at Union Square is a great new series featuring original Australian music in an intimate setting at Trades Hall.
The series is supported by Music Australia - an Australian government initiative - Ballarat Regional Trades and Labour Council and H Squared Studios.
