Step into a space designed for deep rest, nervous system regulation, and immersive presence.Jade will guide a slow Yin Yoga practice with long-held, supported postures that release tension and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping your body shift out of stress and into repair.
The practice flows into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that brings you into deeply restorative brainwave states (alpha and theta), shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, and support emotional balance.
Throughout, live soundscapes by Forrest Andresen provide a powerful layer of co-regulation. His experimental guitar textures create expansive, atmospheric environments that support stillness, helping quiet mental chatter and deepen awareness.
Together, stillness, meditation, and sound create a full-body experience of grounded presence.
Forrest Andresen is an experimental guitarist born and raised in Alaska.
Through the use of a carefully selected array of effects that shape, texturize, and suspend sounds, his work seeks to evoke the experience of spaces both real and imagined, conjuring soundscapes inspired by the stunning vastness of the land as well as abstract planes of the imagination.
Listeners are invited to find presence and stillness within these sculptures-in-time, to seek suspension of the self as listener and sound fold into each other ceaselessly in a state of pure knowing.
